Never operate the push buttons/crown or set the time when the watch is submerged or wet.
No steam bath, no sauna and not in the warm water.
It is not recommended to wear a waterproof watch when showering or bathing to avoid contact with high temperature and high water pressure.
After the watch has been exposed to salt water, the watch case and strap must be thoroughly rinsed in fresh water.
